As we age, we need to adapt to many changes in our bodies, abilities, lifestyle. So let's get together to talk and support each other through this process. Join Maxine Adams, facilitator, on the third Friday of every month at 1:00pm at the library. Maxine is a trained social worker and caregiver as well as a member and volunteer with Lamoille Neighbors. No need to register for this discussion group.
Friday, June 21, at 11:00am, Aging Together will have as guest speaker - Rita Sweeney discussing the topic of cognition.
She will address:

Difference between cognition and intelligence (cognition fluctuates, intelligence doesn't)

Strategies to improve sleep & stress (in order to improve cognition)
Strategies to improve memory & focus
Please NOTE - the time has been moved up to 11:00 from our usual 1:00 because of an event at the Library that day.
