As we age, we need to adapt to many changes in our bodies, abilities, and lifestyle. So please join Maxine Adams on the third Friday of every month at 1:00pm at the Morrisville Centennial Library to hear experts speak on topics related to aging and how best to survive the challenges we all face. Maxine is a former social worker and is a member and volunteer with Lamoille Neighbors
The Aging Together group will be meeting Friday, August 16th, from 1:00pm to 2:00pm, at the Centennial Library in Morrisville. (The elevator is to your right after entering the foyer.)
Our guest speakers will be Anne Farley from Home Share and Dan Noyes, Lamoille-2 Legislator.
Anne will introduce us to Home Share - an organization that helps folks successfully share housing. Dan will be speaking to us about proposals he is working on that are designed to help Vermont’s elders wishing to remain in their homes and neighborhoods as they age.
See you then!
