Instructor Jude Prashaw will guide you in creating Doodle Meditation. Listening to soft music you will doodle with a pen on a piece of watercolor paper. Then, color the doodle with watercolor pencils and soften the pencil with a wet brush. 

 

If time permits the group may also do some Flash Narrative. Get your pondering flowing; Choose one word from a bowl. Write for 5 minutes, no thinking, no editing. Count your words: less than 100: add, more than 100: subtract.
