Gentle Yoga, Wednesday July 30 9:45 am -10:45, Trapp Family Lodge,
Faith Bieler will be teaching a gentle yoga class on the concert meadow outdoor stage at Trapp Family Lodge. Park at Trapp’s Outdoor Center. From there you will take a path to the right of the parking area or the road to arrive at the stage. Bring a mat, blocks and blanket or pillow.
